These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made via leoandbamba.nl. By placing an order you accept these terms. We keep these terms accessible on our website at all times.

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price applicable at the time of your order is the price you pay. Obvious errors in pricing — such as a clearly incorrect price — are not binding on us.

An agreement is concluded at the moment you receive an order confirmation by email. We process orders within 2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the following Monday.

We ship exclusively to the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL. Expected delivery times are:

• Netherlands — 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
• Belgium — 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are indicative and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by PostNL or circumstances beyond our control.

• Netherlands — free
• Belgium — free on orders of €65 or more, otherwise €7.95

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during the checkout process. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. This is your statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right you must notify us within 14 days of receipt via hello@leoandbamba.nl. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form available on our website.

After notifying us you must return the product within 14 days. The cost of return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The product must be returned unused, unworn and in its original packaging.

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, via your original payment method.

Because Cord Collection collars are a fixed size and cannot be adjusted, we offer a free size exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@leoandbamba.nl. Return shipping of the original collar is at your expense. We cover the shipping costs of the replacement.

All Leo & Bamba products are handmade. As a result measurements may vary by approximately 1 cm from the stated sizes. Colour differences between product photos and the actual product may occur due to differences in screen display. These variations do not constitute grounds for return.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you have a complaint or something is wrong with your order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@leoandbamba.nl. We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer you may also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on our website. We will notify you by email of any significant changes.
