Where we ship
Leo & Bamba currently ships to the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands via PostNL.
Delivery times
- Netherlands — 1 to 2 business days
- Belgium — 3 to 5 business days
Orders placed on weekdays are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed in the weekend are processed the following Monday. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

- Netherlands — Free
- Belgium — Free on orders over €65 · €7,95 below that
Returns
Our promise
Every Leo & Bamba piece is handmade and carefully checked before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we want to know about it.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to register a return. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
To register a return, email us at hello@leoandbamba.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
You can use our Model Withdrawal Form to register your return.
Size exchanges — Cord Collection
Because rope collars are a fixed size, getting the fit right is important. If your collar doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the correct size free of charge.
Email us at hello@leoandbamba.nl within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping of the original collar is at your expense — we'll cover the shipping on the replacement.
